Trout Lake Community Centre

Trout Lake Community Centre, located near Victoria Drive just south of East 12th Avenue (earlier called Grandview Community Centre) was opened in 1963 receiving major renovations and expansion in 1977. All ages and ethnic groups are served here. Facilities on-site include an indoor skating rink, fitness centre, preschool and youth centre. A wide range of programs are offered including the First Nations Pow Wow and an active seniors group. The popular East Vancouver Farmers' Market is hosted in the community centre's northern parking lot during the Summer and Fall seasons. Trout Lake Community Centre is jointly operated by the Grandview Community Association and the Vancouver Park Board. Our mandate is to bring together our community to provide accessible recreational, social, educational, and cultural opportunities that promote and develop individual, family and community well being.
