SFN Canada Day 5K, 10K & Kids Run

Celebrate Canada Day with TRY EVENTS!
EVERYONE IS A WINNER!
All distances will receive a finisher's medal! 10km, 5km & Kids.

ROCK Kids Run details:
Kids Run age target 2 to 5-6.
We find kids from 5-6 on want to walk/run with their parents on the 5K regular course.
Distance:
We will set out a loop that is approximately 200 meters. Each participant will choose how many laps they would like to do and collect a popsicle stick for each lap. After each lap the lil'runner will drop off the popsicle stick at the finish line until they are all gone!!
This is a very fun, quick “race” activity that introduces kids to running, competition and having fun with sports.
