Join us as we explore calming-by-nature techniques. Each workshop will focus on a different mindfulness method and will consist of time spent learning indoors followed by time outside to practice. 18+
All workshops have activities that can be replicated (in some way) at your home, in your yard, on your balcony, or at a nearby green space so that your practice can continue. We wish to share the joy and calm that nature brings. All workshops are taught at a recreational level.
