Just Add Water Yoga Ltd was born out of a connection to water that undeniably we are all connected to... several years ago I started Stand Up Paddle Vancouver where we would take people to the ocean to experience the closests thing to walking on water. Through watching the on water transformations from taking people from the chaos of land and technology to a fully connected floating mat On Water Yoga was born - we began to teach on water yoga classes and people transformed through the mind/body connection the water gifted them.

Our on water liquid yoga classes are exclusively offered in the indoor & outdoor heated pools at the Westin Bayshore Hotel. You can find our SUP & SUPYoga classes offered on the ocean, lakes and waterways throughout the lower mainland. Whether you are simply curious about the on-water yoga practice or looking to improve your Stand Up Paddling skills and confidence – join our on-water community!
