Surrey Fusion Festival is the ultimate celebration of food, music and culture. Festival organizers are proud to work with communities representing different ethnicities and cultures from around the world, and honour the traditions and history that they share with attendees. Since the festival’s inception in 2008, the event has grown to showcase over 40 different cultures, with pavilions offering international foods, displays of artifacts and textiles, and multiple stages featuring musical and dance performances. Surrey Fusion Festival is proud to host pavilions from over 40 cultures from across the globe, including from North and South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Oceania.
Step into the world of giant machines at Britannia Mine Museum in Britannia Beach, BC. This 2026 summer exhibit explores the powerful equipment that makes modern mining possible, from towering mining trucks to massive loaders and drills designed to handle enormous tasks safely and efficiently. At Giants at Work: Big Jobs, Bigger Machines, visitors will explore the equipment behind real mining work, from haulage and drilling to daily operations. Learn how skilled technicians, mechanics, and engineers keep these machines running, while gaining a hands-on understanding of the scale and engineering of mining in British Columbia.
Show commences at 8pm - except on family nights (2026 dates: July 20, August 3, and August 10) when the show starts at 7pm (Doors at 6pm). Show run time is approx. 2 hours and 30 minutes (including a 20 minute intermission).
